Who are we?
'Why I’m Shia' is a volunteer-driven research initiative created by two brothers who embarked on a personal quest to explore Islam. Their goal was to identify and adopt 'the saved sect' that Prophet Muhammad advised his followers to find and embrace. After over ten years of diligent research, the brothers are now compiling their findings in this website for the sake of Allah (swt). This project operates autonomously, without affiliation to any country or organization.
Our mission is to illuminate the truth by dispelling the misinformation perpetuated by the hijackers of the religion of Islam that emerged at the advent of Islam. Our objective is to cultivate a future generation of staunch Rafidhis who resolutely reject those hijackers, their rebelion and whoever treads their path. We aim to empower our shia brethren by equipping them with compelling evidence of the invalidity of the Sunni creed, whilst providing persuasive evidence that supports Shia theology, in some cases daringly sourced from the most reputable Sunni books!
We intend to instill in them a steadfast commitment to Rafidhi/rejectionist principles, as this was the message of the holy prophet and his household peace be upon them. Hoping they uphold and pass down this legacy down until the advent of our awaited 12th Imam may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him.
قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): إذا رأيتم أهل الريب والبدع من بعدي فأظهر والبراءة منهم وأكثروا من سبهم والقول فيهم والوقيعة وباهتوهم كيلا يطمعوا في الفساد في الاسلام ويحذرهم الناس ولا يتعلمون من بدعهم يكتب الله لكم بذلك الحسنات ويرفع لكم به الدرجات في الآخرة

The Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him and his family has said: If you see people of Innovation and doubt after my departure, then show your disassociation from them, abundantly revile them, speak against them and discredit them so they are unable to engage in corruption of Islam and so that people will be cautious of them and won’t learn from their heresies and innovations. By this, God will record for you good deeds and raise you in ranks in the Hereafter.
